Animated Harry Potter Posters

Artist and designer Jeca Martinez has created these wonderful, minimalist, animated posters for each book in the Harry Potter series. Each showcases a particularly important object from their respective books. I especially the (sometimes) hidden lightning bolt in each poster. A nice touch.

The re-imaginings of posters for Christopher Nolan's Batman series are dark, brooding, and ominous. A perfect blend for the films they each represent. Kudos to illustrator Michael Rogers for a job well done.

More Mondo Posters

Dracula

Over a year ago, I posted some movie posters from Mondo Tees. They get a lot of requests for special release posters and the results are fantastic. Their illustrations are wonderfully textural, detailed, and elegant and the typography can get pretty interesting as well. For instance, I love the shapes of the letters in the above Dracula poster.
